So, Why Don't We Hold A Parade On Halloween?
There are going to always be excuses like well what if it happens on a Wednesday or Monday. There are plenty of Halloween celebrations that are done on the weekends before or after Halloween so there is no reason that it shouldn't be done!
I have also heard people say that Halloween should be moved nationally to the last Saturday of October to allow for kids to enjoy the holiday without school or parents having to work be a hinderance. There are parents that take the day off or leave early on Halloween to take their kids trick or treating anyways.

Yes we have the Pet and Doll Parade that usually takes place around July in Great Falls but what is better than animals dressed up for Halloween! Nothing. Plus think of the creativity of floats and performances we could have for a spooky parade?
There may never be a Halloween Parade in Great Falls but if we do end up with one you know where they got the idea from 😉
