The Tik Tok Trend Taking Its Toll On Security

These Tik Tokers are taking their carry on luggage and organizing it in a way that looks visually appealing. Instead of just chucking their stuff in a bin they are carefully crafting the bin to look like an organized, color coded, and perfectly laid out display. While some are taking the photos and videos after going through x-ray, some are doing it before hand which can cause delays in the security line. While Great Falls does not have a huge security line most of the time, if people are taking their sweet time to perfectly organize their bins AND taking photos this could create quite the back log.

The Bottom Line: Airport Security Comes First

Readers Digest says there are some airports that have rules against taking photos in the security area and considering the fact this could cause delays it seems like something that will quickly be thwarted by security officials but for now the trend seems to be spreading like wildfire.

TSA has the goal of keeping the line moving and doing so in a safe and efficient manor. As long as the videos and photos are not disrupting that then it should be all fine and dandy. Once it starts causing delays or issues then there will definitely be a stop to the trend.
