If you quit without giving any notice or reason you need to consider the fact that if you ever wanted to, you might not have a chance to work with that company again. That may be important to some people based on the field you work in. If there is a large number of companies where you can do similar work then this may not be an issue but if there are only a few companies available in the career field you have chosen then you should consider the possibility of wanting to go back to that company eventually. Unless of course your reasons for quitting out weigh the desire to come back some day.
