Is This Great Falls Building Cursed?
Where Great Falls Restaurants Go To Die?
Starting your own business can be a difficult task. When you are first starting you have to get equipment, product, marketing to get your name out there and usually you do not own a building where you can make your business dreams come true.
A lot of businesses resort to renting or leasing a location to help their business. Then comes the cost of utilities and other expenses to expand like hiring help.
While there have been many restaurants close recently due to one reason or another there is one building in particular that seems to be a revolving door for restaurants in Great Falls.
What Is Going On With This Building In Great Falls?
The building at 1008 20th Street South near Target has had a number of restaurants never lasing more than a few years. A lot of these places have since gone out of business, moved to another location or are at the least are no longer in Great Falls.
What Restaurants Have Been At This Location?
Mostly from memory these are the most recent businesses that have moved in and out of this location
- A King's Craving
- Mrs. Wright's Pastys
- Bloom and Bean
- Godfathers Pizza
- Big Mouth BBQ
- Pickle Barrel
While the building is currently up for lease I cant help but wonder why so many businesses have been in and out of this location.
Some people I have spoken to point to the chaotic parking lot in which a lot of drivers make their own personal cut through to get to Target quicker, while others speculate on the cost of rent being too high to sustain a business in the area.
