Since our studios are located behind Holiday Village Mall, I've been able to watch the construction at the sites where the new Texas Roadhouse and Panera Bread are being built.  Combine that with the recent opening of Pizza Ranch and a new Italian place, Pomodoro, opening across from Target, and Great Falls certainly isn't starved for choice when it comes to food, pun very much intended.

So here's my question:  what restaurant would Great Falls hate most to lose?

For the purposes of this, I'm limiting it to either local restaurants or Montana-based chains.  If a national chain like McDonald's or Pizza Hut were to close up shop here in the Electric City, yes, it would be a shame, but I want to focus closer to home.

When Best Wok was closed for an extended period of time without much explanation, people were upset, and when they reopened, the place was packed solid for the next week or so.  An excellent example of "you don't know what you've got until it's gone".

What other restaurants in the Great Falls area would get a similar reaction if they were to go away?  Wheat Montana, one of the most popular and well-known Montana-based eateries?  The Roadhouse Diner, which recently underwent a change in ownership?

Would we feel a sense of loss if Taco Treat were to leave town?  What about Ford's Drive-In or Howard's Pizza?

Seriously, I want to know what local or local-ish restaurants we would miss the most if they were to close down tomorrow.  So please, let me know what local food stop you would miss most if it were to go out of business.
