Montana PBS Offers Free Summer Event In Bozeman
With school wrapping up in just a few days, a lot of parents are probably already thinking ahead to that summer stretch and trying to figure out how to keep kids busy.
Montana PBS may have a pretty solid answer, at least for one day.

Neighbor Day Comes To Gallatin County Fairgrounds On June 13
They’re hosting their annual Neighbor Day on June 13 at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds in Bozeman.
The event will feature hands-on STEM activities focused on science, technology, engineering, and math, plus a special appearance from Daniel Tiger from the show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.
There will also be summer activity resources for parents to take home, and the best part is the whole thing is free to the public.
Community Partners Help Bring Neighbor Day To Life
It’s all put together by Montana PBS along with Bozeman Health, Culligan, First Interstate Bank, the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, Montana Parent Magazine, and Big Sky Tutoring.
A long list of community partners are also involved, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Bozeman Fire Department, Bozeman Police Department, Bozeman Public Library Bookmobile, Concussion Resource Center, Family Outreach, Gallatin Valley YMCA, Greater Gallatin United Way, HRDC’s Gallatin Valley Food Bank, Montana Swim Academy, Montana State University’s police department, Museum of the Rockies, Northern Lights Therapy Dogs, Random Acts of Silliness, Sacajawea Audubon Society, Thrive, Tinworks Art, the U.S. Forest Service’s Custer Gallatin National Forest and local ranger districts, Windhorse Equine Learning, and World Language Initiative.
