Churches Or Casinos We Finally Know Which Has More In Great Falls

The Age Old Question

Every time there is new construction you hear someone ask the same question over and over. Is it another Church or Casino?

Which had me thinking how many churches and casinos are really in Great Falls? It seams every time you take a drive down tenth you cant keep track of how many casinos there are but are they all just bunched together making it seem like there are more then we really have?

With the new construction of New City Church the city is reminded of how many churches and religious organizations are located in Great Falls but is it really that many?

Who Has More? Churches Or Casinos?

According to the World Casino Directory Great Falls Montana is home to 74 Casinos. While there are some that are a part of a restaurant or a stand alone casino having over 70 feels like an extreme amount of casinos.

The Gambling Control Division reported 90 in 2022 which seems now to have decreased.

According to the Church Advise Directory Great Falls has over 100 religious organizations. These of course include multiple religions including Christian/Catholic, Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist and other religions.

While the number of churches to casinos is only slightly larger, there still is a ridiculous number of both. Especially when compared to the number of Mexican restaurants which according to google maps is only a whopping 14.
